For LBV the Label orders delivered within the USA, we will accept returns and exchanges for change of mind on products purchased online within 15 days from date of receipt or at any time if products are faulty. Please return item as per below:
Complete our returns form by going to the Returns Center.
Re-pack your items in its original box with all packaging (exactly as you received them).
Please send back the products within 15 days of approved return, in original condition.
For orders delivered outside of the USA where the product may be faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org where you will be advised of the return process.
It is advised you keep a tracking reference for your parcel, so you know when it has been delivered to LBV The Label.
For Vintage Items: Due to limited quantity of items we do not offers refunds or accept returns. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing. All items are carefully inspected and sold with conditions listed.
In the rare case an item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours for an exchange. If the item is out of stock, an online store credit will be issued.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
We are not held responsible for lost packages. Once we mail items, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. In the event your item is lost or stolen/ please contact your postal carrier immediately. If there is no resolution with your postal carrier, please contact us.
If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com within a few hours so that we can make corrections before shipping your package.
